A little about me

Curiosity has taken me pretty far.

For 17 years, international sport was my world. It took me around the globe, put me in rooms with fascinating people, and taught me a lot about ambition, pressure, and what makes people care.

Since then, I've followed that curiosity in a few different directions: coaching, speaking, creating, travelling, and occasionally saying yes to things that scare me.
